Having the past couple of weeks off gave me a few rare moments to catch up on TV shows, which I happily jumped on in order to finally finish Battlestar Galactica. Man it was awesome!

There were quite a few WTF moments – like the whole Starbuck thing at the end, the thread of Apollo wishing he was dead (whatever happened to that?) and what happened to all the other pilots involved in the mutiny, but on the whole, it was one of the best TV shows I’ve watched recently (even if I am a bit behind).

Perhaps the best part of it was the fact that it had a definite ending, rather than continuing on for the sake of continuing on (cough – X-files – cough).

I’m rewatching Firefly now, and then might move onto something a little newer – either Fringe or Dollhouse, I think. I might get to them some time next year if I’m lucky…
